Following review of this petition for writ of prohibition, together with the responses and reply thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied based on Weinschel v. Weinschel, 368 So.2d 386 (Fla. 3d DCA 1979). Respondent Carmen Cleary de Pacanins' motion for appellate attorney's fees is denied. The respondent Carmen Cleary de Pacanins' motion to dismiss prohibition proceedings; or, in the alternative, to enforce stay of proceedings in lower court or lift all stays in the lower court is denied as moot. Respondent Carmen Cleary de Pacanins' emergency motion to enforce stay or alternatively motion for clarification of court's 19 November order is denied. JORGENSON, GERSTEN and GODERICH, JJ., concur.
