A jury convicted Carlos Manuel Jaile, Appellant, of the two offenses of aggravated sexual assault of a child and aggravated kidnapping. Subsequently, the jury assessed punishment of life and twenty years imprisonment on the respective convictions to run concurrently. In five points of error, Appellant seeks review of the trial courts judgment. We affirm.
